We have sold homes on the internet since October 2007 and have been so successful that we have just opened a new shop in a main street location and we hope to sell even more homes. While some agents are closing their shops we are expanding as we believe that we are different and can offer a service that very few agents offer.\r\nWe offer a first class service as we believe in giving a superior service. We keep vendors informed and accompany all viewings. We try to convey to prospective buyers the value of each property we have on our books and we will strive to do our best to achieve a sale in the least possible time.\r\nWe have also launched our lettings department and already we have many flats and houses on our books.\r\nIn addition to offering a full estate agency service when we sell homes and a management service when we let properties we also offer a no-frills service for both. We will sell a home for as little as £250.00 through our shop and internet coverage. We can also offer an introduction only to landlords for only £75.00.\r\n
